We hope you liked Green Spore Organic Products just like the way we do but, incase if you aren’t satisfied with your order, you can always reach out to us at info@greensporeorganic.com and our Customer Support Executives will be more than happy to assist you in the best way they could.
Cancellations Policy
All cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours of placing your order or before your order has been shipped. Standard shipping charges will be applicable, once the order has been dispatched.
If your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption.
Returns & Replacement Policy
All orders placed on our website are eligible for return if are unused and unopened. The return request should be initiated in return window of 7 days post delivery with the reason for return, clearly stated in the email (To let us know what went wrong).
If the product is received damaged, you can write to us within 48 hours of product delivery, to expedite your replacement request. Please attach a picture of the delivered order to help us with our internal quality checks.
If in case you have received a product that is different from what you had ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery to let us expedite your return request. For your order to be eligible for return, the items must be unused and unopened.
If any item is missing from your order, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you the missing items.
We ensure that you’ll receive the freshest Teas but if unfortunately you feel that it tastes bad or stale please do not hesitate to reach out to us within 7 days of the order delivery and we will send a replacement. Please let us know what you disliked exactly and we’ll sort it out for you.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed only after completing our internal quality checks. For any refund request, share your necessary proofs. Our Customer Service team will notify you when the refund request has been approved.
Post approval of refund, it will be processed within 7 business days. If in case you don’t get your refund within the allotted time, feel free to reach out to us.
All refunds initiated, will only be processed to your original mode of payment.
Green Spore Organic Products, is not liable to process any refund if any request is initiated after 7 days of delivery or if you fail to produce necessary proofs.
